Eleven meeting rooms across three of our sites, from quiet rooms for one or two people to a 100-person event space. Rooms start at £20 an hour, with half day and full day rates, and cancelling is free up to 72 hours before.

Questions about meeting room hire
How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?
It depends on the room and how long you need it. In Bradford our smallest room is £20 an hour, and the event space for up to 40 people is £300 for a full day. Each room's page shows its rates, or we can quote for you.
How long is a half day booking?
A half day is four hours, either 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm. A full day is anything over four hours, up to eight hours between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, cancelling is free up to 72 hours before your booking. Inside 72 hours the full fee is charged.
Do tenants get a discount?
Yes. Hope Park tenants, including coworking and virtual office customers, get 20% off meeting room hire. The Wilberforce and Hope suites are the exceptions.
Can I order catering?
Yes. Catering is booked directly with the café in the building, and the terms are between you and the café.
How do I book and pay?
Send a booking enquiry from the room's page, or book through reception. Bookings are paid in advance or on the day.
