Client Services Coordinator

Hope Park Workspaces Salford Quays
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Salford Quays. You must have administration experience and worked in a face-to-face customer relations role previously. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and driven by customer satisfaction and success, you will provide business support and assistance to our clients (business tenants). Managing the front of house desk, you will coordinate the administrative function and daily use of the building whilst ensure Hope Park’s standards of service are upheld. You will assist the facilities manager in coordinating maintenance jobs and be health and safety aware all times along with acting as Hope Park’s fire marshal and appointed person for first aid. Coordinating meeting room bookings along with working with the head of sales to support on sales, marketing and events throughout the year.
